Cylinder Lifter Warranty & Product Registration
Protect your investment, keep your team safe, and make sure we can reach you quickly with any safety or product updates.
Once you’ve purchased a Cylinder Lifter, registering your product helps us support you better. It allows us to confirm your warranty, contact you in the event of a safety notice, and understand how our equipment is being used in the field so we can keep improving it.
Please complete the form below to register your Cylinder Lifter.
Registration takes less than two minutes and helps us:
- Validate your warranty.
- Provide faster support if you ever have an issue.
- Share important safety information or product updates.
Note: Keep your purchase invoice and serial number in a safe place. We may ask for these if you submit a warranty claim.
Your Warranty at a Glance
- Limited warranty period: [e.g. 12 or 24] months from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser.
- Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use of the Cylinder Lifter.
- Remedy: At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective parts, or supply a replacement unit.
- Cost: Warranty repairs or replacements under approved claims are supplied free of charge for parts and labour.
- Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications, accidental damage, corrosion due to improper storage, or failure to follow the operating instructions and maintenance guidelines is not covered.
- Proof of purchase: A valid proof of purchase may be required for any warranty claim.
- Safety first: Cylinder Lifter must always be used in accordance with local safety regulations and the product user manual. Failure to do so may void the warranty and can lead to serious injury.
You can tweak the months (12 / 24, or “12 months standard, 24 months if registered within 30 days”) depending on what you decide — but the structure works either way.
